Suhit Anantula is the founder of The Helix Lab, an AI strategy and institutional transformation practice. Over two decades he has worked across public, private, and purpose-led sectors - advising government agencies, enterprises, and community organisations on how to move from AI experimentation to genuine organisational transformation.
He has held senior roles in the South Australian Department of the Premier and Cabinet, and has led AI transformation engagements across state and local government, aged care, community services, and industry. His work has been recognised with a Good Design Award - Gold in the Business Model Design category. He is the co-author of The Policy Playbook (with Professor Catherine Althaus and Pia Andrews) and is completing his third book, The Co-Intelligent Organisation.
A member of the States of Change Fellows network, Suhit's driving conviction is that the institutions best placed to thrive in an age of exponential change are those that learn to act as co-intelligent organisations - where human judgment and AI capability compound each other.
