InspiringRegulatory Excellence

A community dedicated to building capability and professionalism in regulation, supported by governance committees chosen for their knowledge and commitment to high‑quality regulatory practice.

Who we are

Connecting regulators to share knowledge, build capability, and strengthen public value across Australia and Aotearoa-New Zealand.

The National Regulators Community of Practice (NRCoP) is a vibrant network of regulators from all levels of government and every regulatory sector. Our purpose is to foster collaboration, learning, and professionalism, ensuring regulation delivers better outcomes for citizens.

NRCoP welcomes practitioners, policy makers, and those with a scholarly interest in regulation. While we champion capability and connection, we do not advocate for or represent regulatory policy settings. Our governance committees are selected for expertise and commitment to advancing high-quality regulation, not as representative bodies.
