Hamish Alexander leads the Tailored Public Sector Solutions portfolio at ANZSOG which designs and delivers customised, practical and high-impact development solutions for government departments and agencies across Australian and New Zealand.

Catherine is the ANZSOG Chair of Public Service Leadership and Reform at the University of New South Wales (Canberra) and is the Deputy Dean (Teaching and Learning) at ANZSOG.

Suhit Anantula is the founder of The Helix Lab, an AI strategy and institutional transformation practice. Over two decades he has worked across public, private, and purpose-led sectors - advising government agencies, enterprises, and community organisations on how to move from AI experimentation to genuine organisational transformation.

A skilled facilitator, Kathryn draws on thirty years of public sector experience to help organisations solve complex problems and deliver greater impact.  

Lil’s career has spanned more than 25 years across the public service and wider state sector. Authentic leadership, vision and strategy, problem solving and driving results have been key features of her career.

Pia Andrews is General Manager, Corporate and Shared Services at the Northern Territory Department of Children and Families.

Dr Paul Atkins is an Associate Professor and a leading expert in public sector leadership development.

Dr Rachel Bacon has 28 years of public service experience, including 19 years in senior leadership roles across the Australian Public Service and the Northern Territory Public Service.

Azad Singh Bali is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the University of Melbourne.

Rebecca is an experienced organisational leader with deep economic, regulatory and public policy expertise.

Wayne is a Torres Strait Islander whose family heritage is from the islands of Mabuiag and Iam (Yam). He was born in Brisbane, has a Bachelor of Business degree (Accounting), is an Adjunct Professor with the University of Queensland, and has been a Commissioner for Declarations for over 30 years. 

Dr Anna Boucher is an Associate Professor in Public Policy and Comparative Politics at the University of Sydney focusing on immigration, citizenship and public policy.
