Designed as part of ANZSOG’s Professional Learning Series, Fiscal Resilience & Optimisation helps you build the confidence to engage in financial conversations, ask the right questions and make informed decisions about resource allocation. Designed for public sector professionals without a specialist finance background, the program develops your understanding of public sector financial frameworks and strengthens your ability to interpret financial information with confidence.
