Professor with extensive experience in public sector leadership and policy
Professor Kathryn (Kate) Henne is the Director of RegNet, The Australian National University’s School of Regulation and Global Governance. Her research is concerned with how science and technology are changing approaches to governance, with a focus on how regulation can be leveraged to promote health, public safety and well-being. Before commencing as RegNet’s Director, she held a Canada Research Chair at the University of Waterloo, where she was also a Fellow of the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
