Morgan Brigg is Associate Professor in the School of Political Science and International Studies at The University of Queensland. He is a specialist in conflict resolution, peacebuilding, governance, development and innovative approaches to cross-cultural relations and the politics of knowledge. His work facilitates exchange between Western and Indigenous political philosophies as part of a wider exploration of the politics of cultural difference, governance and selfhood. Morgan’s books include The New Politics of Conflict Resolution: Responding to Difference, Mediating across Difference: Oceanic and Asian Approaches to Conflict Resolution (co-edited), and Unsettling the Settler State: Creativity and Resistance in Indigenous-Settler State Governance (co-edited).
