Luke leads PLACE Australia, a national organisation supporting the adoption and impact of place-based approaches across the country.
With a background spanning academia, the public sector, and not-for-profits, including roles at UNSW Canberra, the Australian Taxation Office, and Collaboration for Impact, he brings deep expertise in systems thinking, applied complexity, and place-based reform.
Luke holds a PhD in Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney.
