Overview

Join the South Australian Chapter of the National Regulators Community of Practice (NRCoP) for a session on 25 November.

Regulators are increasingly adopting a foresight approach, looking beyond incidents to identify the organisational conditions that may signal future harm.

This session brings together perspectives from research, public mental health and regulation to explore what regulators can see before harm or non-compliance becomes visible. It will consider how lead indicators such as Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC) can help identify emerging organisational risks, what prevention looks like in practice, and how regulators might use these insights to support earlier intervention.

Facilitated by NRCoP Chapter Member, Martyn Campbell, who will be joined by experts from academia, public mental health and regulation.

Professor Maureen Dollard, Adelaide University
