Overview

How can regulators make better use of data to strengthen decision-making and improve regulatory outcomes?

Join the NSW Chapter of the NRCoP, either in person or online, for an engaging discussion on how regulators can use data more strategically to inform regulatory approaches, build organisational capability and deliver better outcomes.

The session will explore practical examples of data-driven regulation, including establishing data capability, developing effective reporting frameworks, and leveraging data to support evidence-based regulatory decisions. It will also examine opportunities for collaboration and data sharing across agencies and jurisdictions, alongside the governance, safeguards and ethical considerations needed to ensure data is used responsibly and effectively.

This session is designed for regulators interested in strengthening their organisation's data maturity and understanding how data can be translated into meaningful regulatory action.
