Stephanie Morrow has worked as a lawyer on compliance and enforcement litigation and advice for a range of regulators, including the Environment Protection Authority, Consumer Affairs Victoria, WorkSafe Victoria, the Business Licencing Authority and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. In her current role as Specialist Advisor at the Essential Services Commission, she has assisted the commission to start using new compliance and enforcement tools that have been rolled into the commission’s legislation over the last four years.
