Policy specialist with expertise in public sector strategy and reform
Sam Ferrier is the Manager City Safety at Hume City Council, overseeing local laws, public/environmental health, and emergency management.
In this role, Sam has been involved in a series of legislative updates, policy enhancements and resource planning and development initiatives focussed on aligning Council’s regulatory approach with community expectations and standards.
Prior to his recent move into the regulatory field, Sam worked across multiple health and social policy areas within both local government and peak body settings.
