Ruth is a seasoned diplomat and development expert and the former Australia Ambassador to Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro, Deputy Ambassador and Head of Aid to Cambodia and Deputy Ambassador to Myanmar. Ruth’s work has advanced initiatives in public governance and gender equality, and inclusive public policy.
She has also led strategic international education programs at RMIT University and consulted on Southeast Asian government engagement. She brings deep expertise in program design, advocacy, and transnational collaboration.
