With a passion for protecting Victoria and its people from harm, Marissa has more than 17 years experience in the design and delivery of harm prevention programs and projects across the fields of occupational health and safety, and environment.
She currently leads the Environment Protection Authority’s Preventative Projects unit focusing on the greatest risks to the environment and human health from pollution and waste. Through her leadership, this unit delivers impactful outcomes-based interventions through the delivery of education, awareness, compliance and enforcement.
As an experienced regulatory practitioner focused on behaviour change, Marissa’s skills span strategy, theory of change, project management and evaluation.
