James works at the intersection of strategy, people and organisational performance. His career spans management consulting, university leadership and executive education — helping institutions navigate change, build capability and create enduring value.
James completed Towards Strategic Leadership with ANZSOG in 2025, and also served as a member of ANZSOG staff leading the executive education portfolio. He holds degrees in Economics and Commerce from the University of Adelaide, a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
