Senior executive with deep experience in leadership and government systems
Having served as the Executive Director People and Culture at the East Metropolitan Health Service, Christine recently joined the Department of Health overseeing the Clinical Workforce and Leadership team. With interests in diversity, mental wellbeing and women’s health, Christine is a dedicated public servant, skilled in workforce development and leadership, change and strategic human resource management.
An experienced public sector leader, Christine led the development and delivery of the WA Public Sector Diversification and Inclusion Strategy at the Public Sector Commission, after various people and culture roles across State government.
She is a graduate of the ANZSOG Executive Master of Public Administration, and has a Master of Human Resource Management. Christine is a fellow of Leadership WA, and an experienced non-profit board member. She is currently a council member with the Institute of Public Administration Australia (WA), and the WA ANZSOG Alumni Council representative.
