Overview
How do you move beyond activity measures to tell a more credible story about regulatory performance? Better Regulation Victoria and the National Regulators Community of Practice, invites you to an in-person, interactive workshop exploring practical ways regulators can strengthen performance measurement and reporting.
Drawing on BRV’s Monitoring and Reporting Practice Note, the session will unpack real-world challenges and strategies for enriching your performance account.
Featuring guest speaker Eleanor Williams, Managing Director at the Australian Evaluation Centre, and facilitated by Eliot Palmer, Co-Chair, Victorian Chapter of NRCoP, the workshop will explore how to better connect data, develop an argument for contribution to change, and navigate governance challenges.
Grounded in BRV guidance and through guided peer discussion, this workshop will offer practical insights to help regulators monitor, interpret and communicate performance more effectively.
