Overview
The new Aged Care Act came into effect in Australia on November 1 2025. The new Act ensures the rights of older people are at the centre of the system that cares for them.
This session will explore the implications of the Aged Care Act legislative reform, bringing together perspectives from regulators, carers and providers of aged care. The discussion will highlight the learnings, opportunities, and strategies for navigating the evolving aged care landscape, providing a comprehensive view of what these reforms mean for both the sector and the people it serves.
