Overview
Join the NSW Chapter of the National Regulators Community of Practice for a discussion on how regulatory intelligence can move beyond intelligence products to actively shape regulatory practice and decision-making.
The session will explore how intelligence can inform:
Regulatory priorities and risk identification
Regulatory interventions and resource allocation
Executive decision-making
Regulatory reform and policy development
The discussion will consider how regulators can better translate data and intelligence into meaningful action, supporting more proactive, targeted and effective regulation.
Central question: How do regulators move from being data-informed to genuinely intelligence-led?
