Overview
Turning policy intent into legislative change, and legislative change into effective practice, can be a complex journey.
The NRCoP NSW Chapter, in partnership with the Parliament of NSW, invites you to an exclusive panel session exploring the challenges and opportunities involved in amending and passing legislation, as well as the practical realities of operationalising new or amended laws.
Drawing on real-world experience, the discussion will consider what has worked, what has not, the unexpected challenges encountered along the way, and the key lessons that can inform future reform. The final focus of the discussion will be shaped by the experience and expertise of the panel, allowing for a practical and candid conversation about how regulatory change happens in the real world.
