Overview

Regulation in Balance: Proportionate Responses for Real‑World Risks brings together regulators to explore how proportionality can be effectively applied in modern regulatory practice. As regulatory environments grow more complex, achieving the right balance between managing risk and enabling confidence, efficiency, and innovation is critical. This event will examine how proportionate regulation supports better outcomes — ensuring regulatory responses are targeted, evidence‑based, and fit for purpose.

Through expert insights, practical examples, and thoughtful discussion, participants will have the opportunity to explore what proportionate decision‑making looks like in practice, the challenges regulators face in striking the right balance, and how regulatory frameworks can remain responsive to real‑world risks. The format will include a presentation followed by small group discussion.

This event provides an opportunity to reflect, connect, and strengthen shared understanding of what it means to get regulation right.

Places are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.
