After working as a journalist in Sydney’s competitive commercial radio market in the 1990s, Michelle took off the headphones to put on a flak jacket in defence of local government, followed by successful stints in NSW infrastructure, NSW public health, Victorian gambling awareness and the Victorian Essential Services Commission. With a Masters in Communication, she has demonstrated she can transform organisations’ reputations through a combination of multi-platform Comms, reputation management and engagement management.
