Dr Grant Pink is the Pracademic Advisor to ANZSOG’s National Regulators Community of Practice. Grant has over 35 years’ experience in regulatory and enforcement agencies; across practitioner, leadership, senior management, academic, and consultant roles; at subnational, national, and international levels.
He is a recognised expert in regulatory and enforcement networks; regulatory communities of practice; and building regulatory capability. All of which enhance interoperability within and across regulatory and enforcement agencies. Grant has delivered keynotes; presentations; and workshops at international conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and North America.
He has written more than forty academic and practitioner publications, and in 2021 wrote the book Navigating Regulatory Language: An A to Z Guide, updating it to a second edition in 2025. Academically he is an Adjunct Professor (Regulation and Enforcement) at the University of Tasmania in Australia. Commercially he is the founder and Managing Director of RECAP Consultants Pty Ltd (RECAP), which provides specialist regulatory advisory services globally.
