Catherine is a lawyer and public sector leader with a demonstrated commitment to human rights, integrity and making a positive contribution to delivering public value.
Catherine has been leading teams across the Victorian public service for over 15 years and is the Director of Strategy, Policy, Integrity and First Peoples at the Victorian Public Sector Commission, where they lead broad public sector change projects to uplift capability and ensure a strong, future-focused public sector.
An accomplished ANZSOG Executive Master of Public Administration graduate, they are recognised for their expertise in public sector leadership, human rights and driving meaningful change across government.
