Contemporary public sector leaders operate in an era of rapid change and complexity. Leading Through Exponential Change equips senior executives to anticipate futures, test responses and lead change in their organisations - including in an AI-enabled environment- and strengthen public participation and engagement. Participants complete the program with a practical Catalyst Action Plan for strengthening their organisation’s capabilities to navigate exponential change.
This is a 14-week long immersive four-day residential. Participants explore foresight, experimentation and real-world program combines online learning with an immersive four-day residential.
