Sarah founded and leads the NSW Treasury’s Human Centred Design team in NSW Government. The team works with NSW government agencies to draw on human centred design approaches when commissioning complex human services and systems. She’s a systems ‘hopper’ having worked within grassroots organisations, large and start-up NGOs, local, state and national governments, philanthropy, large management consultancies and boutique design and change consultancies both in Australia and the UK.
