    Marita Hogan is a Senior Executive Leader in ASIC’s Enforcement & Compliance group. She has been executive leader for ASIC's Greenwashing ESG enforcement work since inception of Sustainable Finance as an ASIC strategic priority. This includes delivery of 3 successful greenwashing civil penalty outcomes. Marita is also ASIC's Portfolio Enforcement Executive for cyber risk, AI and the financial advice and investment managers sectors.
