Katherine Hough's experience with ANZSOG's Executive Fellows Program (EFP) was put to good use in undertaking extensive policy change in her role as Director or Arts Tasmania. After 14 years in Senior Executive roles in government, she took a year off and completed the AICD Company Director's Course; a Certificate IV in Life Coaching; and went to Botswana for 5 weeks as a consultant to develop a business plan for an innovation centre.
Hough has been at the University of Tasmania since 2016, first leading strategy, planning and governance for the College of Health and Medicine; and since 2020 as Senior Adviser in Strategy in global partnerships.
