Kate Carlson is a senior policy professional with wide ranging experience in strategy development, policy analysis and advice, project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and public administration and policy reform. She has over 15 years of experience in State and Federal Governments, central and line agencies. She has led major government initiatives including reforms of public transport fares and zones, the personalised transport industry, and contestability reviews of government services.
