In a career spanning more than 20 years, she has held senior positions across the Approvals and Climate and Sustainability portfolios at the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, most recently as Executive Director of Green Energy. Passionate about applying the regulatory craft to sustainable environmental outcomes, Belinda has provided leadership and committed to cross-government and industry initiatives to achieve sustainable development and liveable places for communities. She is committed to supporting the agency’s initiatives to enhance integrity, program planning, and customer and stakeholder experiences.
