Andrew is theExecutive Director of Community Engagement in the NSW Department of Customer Service. He has 30 years’ experience in consumer protection and regulatory services, with senior executive roles in Fair Trading, SafeWork, and Liquor and Gaming. His role includes assisting customers with regulatory complaints, stakeholder management, community education, digital development, research and evaluation. Andrew has previously had responsibility for the strategic management of NSW Fair Trading’s contact centre, complaints services, licensing, regulation of the real estate sector, residential bonds, and regional fair trading services.
