Senior executive with deep experience in leadership and government systems
With more than 20 years of experience in the management of regulatory schemes that protect the NSW community, Peter Dunphy is currently on secondment to Transport for NSW as the Head of Transport Safety. At TfNSW he responsible for designing and standing up a joined-up road, maritime and transport safety division. His substantive role is the Executive Director, Compliance and Dispute Resolution at the Department of Customer Service, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 500 regulatory officers from SafeWork NSW, NSW Fair Trading and Liquor and Gaming NSW. He also manages to find time to be a member of the NSW chapter committee of the NRCoP.
