Genene O’Neill is the Principal Behavioural Scientist in Behavioural Insights in the Queensland Department of Environment and Science. Genene has worked in environmental protection with the Queensland Government for over 14 years. For the past 4 years she has used behavioural science to target environmental management and compliance in DES’ regulated community. This also includes developing behaviour profiles on the unique barriers to good environmental performance and how to address them.
