Directory update requestDr Kizzy Gandy founded and directs Verian’s Australian evaluation practice. Verian is an international consultancy that only works with the public sector. Kizzy’s team advises governments in all jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand on how to generate and use evidence for better decision-making, social impact, and cost-effectiveness. Previously she worked for the UK Behavioural Insights Team, NSW Government, and Commonwealth Government in evaluation and behavioural science roles.
Through her twenty years of experience Kizzy has worked with governments in more than 20 countries and has overseen more than 70 projects to improve outcomes across all sectors, including health, mental health, education, environment, violence, alcohol and other drugs, diversity and inclusion, tax, and employment.
Kizzy is passionate about capability building and has supported dozens of organisations to conduct their own evaluations and establish behavioural insights functions. She has a PhD in political psychology from the Australian National University.
