If defining and measuring regulatory performance were easy, there wouldn’t be so many frameworks crowding the space!Defining our regulatory outcomes, attaching performance measures to those outcomes, ensuring that we prioritise and align our activities so they’ll deliver the desired outcomes, and telling our performance story to our authorising environment and the broader community are all complex and contingent tasks.
