The Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) is the leading provider of executive-level education for the public and for purpose sector. ANZSOG is seeking an Academic Director of Programs to lead the design, development and academic oversight of our learning portfolio at a significant time in its growth and expansion. Strategically, this role will lead the development and renewal of the Public Leadership Credentials product category including ANZSOG’s flagship Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA).

This is a rare opportunity to influence the next generation of public sector leaders through rigorous, responsive and future-ready programs. Providing academic input and oversight across our portfolio of accredited and non-accredited programs, you’ll work across disciplines and jurisdictions driving innovation in curriculum, pedagogy and delivery.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and academic leader with expertise in public governance, public administration and/or public policy, but, most importantly, a passion for adult learning. You’ll collaborate with faculty, government partners and stakeholders to enable world-class learning that is evidence-informed, commercially sound and socially impactful.

Leading a small team, you’ll manage ANZSOG’s website, SEO strategy and email marketing program, leveraging automation, personalisation and AI-powered tools to drive engagement and conversion.

ANZSOG is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Executive Directors.

You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and teaching logistics, prepare reports and presentations, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across ANZSOG’s executive team.

ANZSOG is seeking a strategic and dynamic Client Engagement Manager to lead our business development efforts and grow the reach, uptake and value of our programs and services. This role is central to our Go-to-Market strategy, driving consultative sales, stakeholder engagement and commercial outcomes across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

You’ll identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build enduring partnerships with government and public sector clients. You’ll work across teams to apply a customer lens to ANZSOG’s operations, leveraging data and market intelligence to deliver impact.

ANZSOG is seeking an influential Academic Programs Manager to lead and set the standard for academic compliance, governance, and continuous improvement of our accredited award programs which we deliver in conjunction with conferring university partners. This includes the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), Monash Pathway, and new accredited programs at AQF8 or above.

This is a leadership role with significant impact in higher education quality assurance. You will drive academic excellence and innovation, ensuring programs meet the highest standards of integrity, learner success, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your leadership will inform curriculum design and pedagogy, refreshing existing and creating new programs that prepare future-ready public sector leaders.

We are looking for a confident leader with deep expertise in higher education regulation and program design, academic governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will forge and maintain strong partnerships with externally contracted faculty (academic and practitioner), conferring universities, and internal teams to deliver programs that are rigorous, responsive, and transformative for public sector leadership and governance.
