ANZSOG is seeking an Academic Programs Manager, to lead the academic compliance, governance and continuous improvement of our accredited award programs, including the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), Monash Pathway and new accredited programs at AQF8 or above.

This role combines leadership in higher education quality assurance with managerial accountability. It offers a unique opportunity to influence and support curriculum design and pedagogy while driving quality standards at the highest level of public sector education. You will ensure academic integrity, learner success, and compliance across jurisdictions in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a product category, shape and execute strategy, and lead the design, development, and delivery of both large-scale online learning experiences, and premium blended executive education programs. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to create engaging content and seamless delivery, focusing on exceptional learner experience for public sector leaders.

You’ll lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery and market fit to agile development, launch and continuous improvement – working with expert faculty, practitioners and partner agencies. Collaboration with faculty, learning designers, and partners is central, as you translate insights into simple, compelling learner experiences, use evidence to guide decisions, and champion accessibility and inclusion in everything we deliver.

You bring deep experience in education product management, particularly in high quality online and blended professional learning. Strong commercial acumen, advanced project management skills, and experience with government or public service organisations is advantageous.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Applications Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our business-critical systems—including Salesforce CRM, ERP and student information platforms. We are seeking an IT Manager to guide a small, capable team and our partners to deliver secure, reliable and scalable services that enable outstanding learning and insight.

You’ll steward our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, elevate our enterprise applications, and progress data platforms and emerging AI so our people can work smarter, safer and faster. Day to day, you’ll mentor technicians, shape vendor performance, safeguard information, and turn strategy into stable, user-centred solutions.

You bring hands-on depth in infrastructure, networking and M365, experience leading a small team, and a problem-solving mindset.
