Education has the power to support desired behaviours through building knowledge, awareness, and skills. Understanding the targeted audience and tailoring education raises its impact because of its personal relevance to the stakeholder.

Join the SA Chapter in exploring the broadest level of Braithwaite and Ayer’s Regulatory Pyramid, facilitated by SA’s Commissioner for Consumer Affairs Martyn Campbell, through a focus on education and the impact of behaviours from Organisational Psychologist Dr Simon Tyler, (B. Psych. Sci. (Hons), MS. Psychology), and education case examples from the Department for Energy and Mining’s Rob Faunt and ReturnToWorkSA’s Julianne Flower.
