Overview
The National Regulators Community of Practice’s 2020 learning activities frequently referenced the vital importance of appropriate, regular and well targeted communications as part of building trust and confidence and retaining social licence. We all know we need to engage effectively with our authorising environment, our duty holders and the communities directly affected by duty holders’ conduct But what about the citizenry at large, many of whom may have only the most hazy, mistaken or negative understanding of what we do and why? Our speaker Michelle Bryne brings deep insights and an awe-inspiring track record on using Comms across multiple platforms, reputation management and engagement management to transform community awareness, engagement and respect.
