Overview
Join us for an intimate discussion and deep dive into how regulators work in partnership within jurisdictions and across jurisdictions. This is a Chatham House discussion limited to 25 participants that aims to explore the challenges, opportunities as well as successes and failures that result from cross agency regulatory collaboration. Many important social and economic issues span more than one jurisdiction and more than one regulator.
- What makes regulatory collaboration work?
- What can we learn from others?
- How might things be improved?
This is a facilitated conversation that will commence with a primer presentation from Dr Rhys Bollen (ASIC), drawing on his experience and observations. Facilitated by Dr Christopher Walker (ANZSOG), participants will be engaged in small group conversations taking a deeper dive into the critical issues, identifying both barriers and potential new opportunities for improvements in regulatory collaboration.
