The NSW Chapter of the National Regulators Community of Practice (NRCoP) invites you to attend this hybrid event on administrative decision making by regulators.
Hear from the expert panel as they discuss the practical aspects of regulatory administrative decision making from the perspectives of investigator/ complainant, lawyer, decision maker/ reviewer and decision writer.
Discussion points include:
- Applying principles of administrative law to regulatory decision processes
- Gathering and using evidence for administrative decisions including disciplinary complaints
- Legal risks and recent challenges
- Writing robust administrative decision documents
