Tanya is an accomplished executive leader and strategist with a proven record of driving transformational change and delivering impactful, future focused outcomes.

She began her current role in 2019 as the Executive Director, Data Analytics and Technology and leads workforce data analytics, and strategic information and communication technology. With a career spanning in senior positions at the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet, WA Police Force, WA Department of Treasury, and the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Tanya has led sector wide policy, transformation and reform.

Tanya is committed to strengthening public administration, stewardship and capability in an evolving digital environment. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Human Resources and Safety, and Certificate IV in Government (Investigation). She is an alumnus of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government Executive Fellows Program and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
