I am a senior leader with over 30 years of experience spanning public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. I specialise in connecting people, systems, and ideas to solve complex challenges and deliver better outcomes for organisations and communities. I am currently the Executive Director, Leadership and Capability for the Queensland Public Sector Commission and finished my ANZSOG EMPA in 2024. My expertise lies in boundary spanning, systems innovation, and leadership development, with a focus on fostering collaboration and building capability to drive sustainable change. At the core of my work is a belief that systems can—and must—be reimagined to better serve people.
