Julianne’s career spans nursing and leadership and management roles in safety and injury and risk management, in both public and private sectors. Qualifications in nursing, psychology, health promotion, public health, safety and business management support and strongly linked to her areas of interest and passion which include wellbeing, resilience and workability.

Julianne is currently the Leader, Scheme Support at ReturnToWorkSA where she leads a diverse team who support medical and allied health providers deliver services efficiently and effectively within the work injury Scheme, assist employers understand their roles and responsibilities to become more effective in supporting their workers recover and return to work after an injury, and lastly, ReCONNECT, a service that connects injured workers with community services, and their families, anytime during their claim to assist resolve non compensable barriers to recovery and return to work.
