Jasper Liston is an Executive Officer in the NSW Independent Casino Commission. Jasper manages the regulatory portfolio for Crown Sydney casino. In this capacity he provides specialist advice to support the NICC’s decision making and oversight, engages with senior leaders in the casino to clarify and communicate the NICC’s position, and processes matters such as disciplinary complaints made against the casino operators. Jasper has worked in compliance and enforcement roles within Liquor & Gaming NSW, most recently in the Regulatory Interventions Team within the Regulatory Operations and Enforcement branch. Jasper is proficient in handling a variety of administrative decision-making tasks and has been involved in projects across the liquor industry.
