Entsar Hamid is currently the General Manager, Registry Services, Government and Stakeholder Engagement at Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (SERV), overseeing the commercialised land registry services in Victoria under a 40-year Concession granted by the State Government.

Entsar has 17 years’ experience building government and organisational capability, driving operational excellence, and legislative and regulatory reform with a central focus on improved stakeholder management. Entsar has held Executive roles across the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the city of Port Phillip, and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and supported regulation in these organisations as well as within EPA, Court Services Victoria and the Department of Justice and Regulation.

The Deputy-President of the Institute of Public Administration Australia (Victoria Chapter) and Chair of Gender Equity Victoria, she is also a mentor with VPS Grads, Leadership Victoria and the Victorian Endowment for Science, Knowledge, and Innovation (VESKI).

Entsar was the youngest recipient to receive the Top 50 Women in the Public Sector (Victoria) Award In 2018. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently completing an Executive MBA equivalent at Harvard Business School.
