Directory update requestDr Ashley Bunce is an experienced regulatory practitioner who has worked as a senior executive across multiple jurisdictions in the environment, agriculture and animal welfare portfolios. His experience spans developing innovative solutions to complex and challenging issues and he has led a range of major reform initiatives.
His commitment to promoting the public value and importance of regulation to deliver better citizen outcomes is reflected in longstanding contributions to the regulatory profession, serving on the NRCoP National Steering Committee and Victorian Chapter and also serving as an inaugural member of ANZSOG’s Alumni Advisory Council.
Ashley began his career in the university sector where he engaged and inspired the next generation of conservation scientists and led world-class research with expertise in developing innovative solutions for the conservation and management of marine biodiversity both locally and globally.
He holds qualifications in science, Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne, an Executive Master in Public Administration from ANZSOG and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
