Directory update requestAmanda Grey is the Deputy Work Health and Safety Commissioner for WorkSafe ACT. Amanda has worked with the ACT’s Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate and WorkSafe ACT since February 2019. Amanda oversees WorkSafe ACT’s operational environment and line management of all financial and business services; regulatory strategy and policy; operational and strategic planning; and, internal and external communication. WorkSafe ACT is striving for excellence and to be a responsive, innovative, flexible, respected and trusted regulator.
Amanda has worked in the public sector for 30 years in policy and regulatory roles. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations and Sociology) from the University of Wollongong; a Masters of Management Studies (Human Resource Management) from the University of New South Wales and an Executive Masters of Public Administration from the Australian National University, gained through the Australian and New Zealand School of Government.
