Additionally, she is a leader with extensive hands-on ICT experience, whose personal philosophy and values have driven her success and ability to inspire and lead others.

Jessica has worked in the ICT Digital Investment and Assurance Division of Digital. NSW, where she managed the ICT Digital Investment Assurance and administration of the Digital Restart Fund. This unit oversees investment assurance across Digital Restart Fund projects and all ICT investments in NSW. Prior to this role, she served as an associate partner at IBM, responsible for the Defence and National Security account in Australia. Jessica is highly esteemed within the Federal Government, holding Senior Executive ICT Management roles with Attorney General’s Department, Australian Capital Territory Government, Defense, Employment/Workplace Relations, and Medicare.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, Jessica holds degrees in Health Science, Nursing, and ICT. She recently completed her studies with an Executive Master in Public Administration from ANZSOG.
