Jennelle is a senior leader with a proven track record in developing and delivering creative, cross-agency and collaborative strategies to realise change across some of the toughest challenges facing our communities. A passionate advocate for wellbeing, she has an ability to establish strong and effective partnerships to deliver improved life outcomes for vulnerable people.

Jennelle brings diverse experience from across the public service, the social sector, NGO’s and consulting practice from locations around the globe. Uncovering opportunities between people and generating sustainable and impactful change is a part of her every day. She is currently working within the justice sector providing strategic advice and leadership across the corrections system to reduce the over-representation of Māori with a pro-equity focus.

Jennelle has a thirst for learning and brings natural curiosity and pragmatism.  Her strengths are grounded in her ability to develop honest and trusting relationships and a deep commitment to making positive change for communities. She has a strong sense of family, and wanderlust and doesn’t take herself too seriously.
