This paper was commissioned in 2020 for ANZSOG and China’s Central Party School’s joint dialogue: Public administration reflections on the COVID-19 response in China, Aotearoa-New Zealand and Australia.

It looks at a number of aspects of the Aotearoa New Zealand response to COVID-19 and their effectiveness.
