This Research Insights Paper is one of a series commissioned through ANZSOG by the 2019 Independent Review of the Australian Public Service, to inform the Review’s deliberations.

It looks at how the APS can become a global leader by adopting an integrity framework which specifically promotes ‘institutional integrity’ through four qualities: purpose, legitimacy, fulfilling commitments, and robustness.
